Returns

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if for any reason you’d like to send it back, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or bespoke items are non-refundable. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received. Items that have been assembled or partially assembled are not eligible for return.

We can arrange for a return collection, typically at a cost of around £100 for larger items, depending on the size and weight.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item has been damaged during delivery, notify us within 24 hours so we can arrange a free replacement. If you choose not to receive a replacement for a damaged item, return costs will be your responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card provider as it may take some time before the refund is reflected. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, get in touch with us at londonfurnitureoutlet@gmail.com

Clearance Items

Please note that clearance or sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at londonfurnitureoutlet@gmail.com and send the item to:

Returns Shipping

To arrange a return, please contact us at londonfurnitureoutlet@gmail.com to schedule a collection.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any return shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Made to order items Beds and sofas:

Full refunds will only be honoured if cancelled within 24hrs of purchase. For cancellations after 24hrs of purchase you will only receive a 50% value of goods credit note. Please ensure your item is the correct size, style, colour etc upon purchase as any amendments cannot be made after the 24hr period. All lead times are an estimate.

 Ex-display items

All products sold from display are non refundable, please check over items at the time of purchase to make sure you are completely happy as some items may have minor defects. 

Mattresses:

Due to health & hygiene reasons, mattresses and beds are non-returnable. Please ensure you are happy with this at the time of purchase.
